Taking the first steps

If you’d like to set up a consultation about Estate Planning or Special Needs Planning, please fill out this required short intake form so we can have a productive conversation about your particular goals and needs. Please make sure to complete this form and then if we can help, we will be in touch to schedule a phone or Zoom consultation. Note: We will not schedule a consultation until the intake form has been completed and meetings are by appointment only during weekday business hours (9 AM to 5 PM).

We look forward to speaking with you about your Estate Planning needs through a phone or video consultation. Because each family’s needs and goals are different, we cannot give out firm price quotations until receiving the intake form and having a consultation. Our focus is on providing comprehensive and well-thought out plans that are customized for each family.

During the consultation, we will go over what an Estate Plan is, learn more about your family, and outline the firm’s process.  If this is your first time creating an Estate Plan, the consultation is complimentary.

We see clients by appointment only during regular weekday business hours (9 AM to 5 PM).  We are frequently meeting with clients or doing legal work; we endeavor to reply to responsive e-mails, messages, and voicemails within two business business days.
